I’m doing it with you, showing you everything I know to build a SIMPLE and bespoke on-boarding process for your clients and your business.
The system is built with you, in front of you and then you’re given homework each week to pad out the processes as we move through the programme.
Your homework is given to you in a simple task board inside Dubsado so you can check it off as you go and you have access to virtual support in between each session if you get stuck.
We’ll go through your onboarding and offboarding processes step by step for each package you have.
We’ll also streamline those processes to make them as slick as possible. If you’re doing something you don’t have to, I will help you to refine it.

- 4 x 60-90 minute training/done with you calls (the first call will be longer to incorporate your customer journey and mapping out your process)
- 1 x 30 minute follow-up call for final workflow support
- Virtual support in between each session
- 2 weeks post support virtually
- A weekly task board with helpful prompts & checkpoints to help you complete your homework
- My support to link up your email systems and payment processors (i.e. Stripe) in real time

Q. I’m not sure I could even tell you what my processes are, is that a problem?
A. No, of course not. I help all of my clients to tease out how they capture leads, the client journey, all the way through to how you collect testimonials. We do this in our strategy call when we start working together and I’ll use this time to help you streamline your processes so they are less complicated.
Q. I’m not very ‘techy’, so not sure I can handle it!
A. If you’re comfortable finding your way around a computer, surfing, using Word or email, then you’ll be fine using Dubsado. This package is designed to be done with you, and for you to do some of the work on your own with my support, so you get the best of both worlds. Learn it, do it, own it.
If you do pretty much everything on paper and feel you might need extra help, book a call and we can discuss the Done with You 1:1 Package Plus. A longer programme designed to help you when starting from scratch.
Q. What if once we’ve finished working together, I can’t get something to work?
A. We have a 30 minute workflow call and two weeks of virtual support after we’ve finished the programme. I also offer a private membership for on-going support for my clients or you can book in a Dubsado Crisis call (here).
Q. Maybe I just need a VA?
A. I used to be a VA, so I know first hand how they help your business, BUT I would always advise getting a system in place first. It’s far more cost effective than paying by the hour to get all the systems, processes and procedures mapped out onto a CRM system like Dubsado and it means you can pay your VA for support you actually need, rather than unpicking where you’re getting stuck.
Q. I have more than one service or package, will that be a problem?
A. That’s great! We can map out your packages during the training and I regularly work with clients who have more than one package.
